The Web Portal for Analysis Data


I-Monitoring is a web-based platform for the exchange of analysis results between laboratories, analysis institutions etc. and all participating data recipient parties like commerce, importers, producers etc.

The platform offers advantages benefits to all of its users.

Registration

Registration is necessary in order to participate in I-Monitoring data transfer and also to be able to place orders via I-Monitoring.
By registering you are not entering into any contractual obligation, like a membership or such.

Orders

After registering you can place your orders for membership, data transfers and such via the menu [Overview->Order].

HM-Software’s current General Terms and Conditions GCBs as well as the price list price list then in effect are the basis for any and all business relationships between a third party and HM-Software.

Only laboratories are authorised for data transfer.

Suppliers' note

Suppliers preferably have to communicate their ILN/GLN number to their laboratory.
If they do not have an ILN/GLN number yet, they can request it from [GS-1(German)].

Data transfer

There are three options for data transfer by affiliated laboratories via one interface:
Analysis results are entered manually into the I-Monitoring portal [Overview-->Direct Input]
Data which is provided automatically by laboratories is transferred without additional verification to the data receivers
Data which is provided automatically by laboratories is transferred without additional verification to the data receivers.
